Kimberly started her professional journey in 2015 in Employee Benefits as an Account Coordinator. With a passion for fostering enriching working environments, she explored an alternate career path in commercial interiors for eight years. In this role, Kimberly collaborated closely with many corporations and institutions across Southern California to address issues that focused on employee attraction/retention, employee wellbeing, and company culture. Kimberly has returned to Employee Benefits as a producer and brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to her work. Through her advocacy and educational efforts, she aims to foster healthier, more engaged workforces and drive positive organizational outcomes. 

When not at work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs enjoying the great outdoors.
