Justin has over 9 years of experience in the insurance industry and currently serves as an account executive for clients from the manufacturing, construction, hospitality, and staffing industries.  Originally part of the finance team at Orion he transitioned to insurance operations where he draws on his accounting knowledge to help clients navigate the insurance marketplace.  As a former insurance buyer during his near decade long role as director of administration for a large specialty trade contractor, Justin has sat on both sides of the table and this facilitates his collaborative approach with clients.  He also leads the agency’s surety division for both contract and commercial bonds and is a member of the Orion executive management team.  Justin is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and attended UC Santa Barbara where he studied political science.  

When not at home spending time with his wife and two dogs he can likely be found in the desert racing long distance motocross.
