John has almost 30 years experience in the insurance industry and currently is a vice president and producer for his clients all over California and other parts of Western United States.  John got his start at Federated Insurance out of Minnesota where he sold for 3 years and managed California and his 10 sales associates.  After 12 years at Federated, he joined Orion Risk Management and has been here for over 16 years, managing his team and clients in the So Cal area. His specialty is in construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and security guards.  

He continues to be thankful he found such a great company to work for all these years and the continued relationships/friendships he has made over the many years.  When he isn’t working, you can find him coaching High School basketball at Tesoro High School which he has been doping for past 14 years and working out inside or outside the gym.
